We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Support Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing guidance and care to diverse student cohorts.
You will be an integral member of our dynamic Advisor team, working closely with students, professional and teaching staff to drive the effective delivery and continuous improvement of student support within the College.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety in their day-to-day work and is passionate about supporting student success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to both domestic and international students in various programs.
- Conduct support interventions for students facing academic progression concerns.
- Respond to student welfare and academic concerns raised by College staff as required.
- Participate in and support the implementation of College events and activities.
- Assess and process applications related to student enrolment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of College policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required and appropriate for this classification.
