Warehouse Leadership Role

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for orchestrating and supervising efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock receipt and dispatch for pickup or delivery.

  • Covered responsibilities include coaching and developing team members to ensure all warehouse activities meet compliance and safety standards;
  • receiving goods from suppliers, safely unloading and storing them;
  • delivering exceptional customer service to customers picking up orders;
  • maintaining accurate records and invoices;
  • participating in regular stocktakes;
  • and ensuring a safe working environment in the warehouse at all times by performing routine facility maintenance and layout adjustments.
