
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to various sites across different regions.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and innovation. You will have the chance to design, engineer, configure, implement, commission, and maintain Operational Technology (OT), Enterprise Applications, and Connected Services.
- You will contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of OT, Connected Services, and Enterprise Software Applications.
- You will diagnose and repair Security & BMS systems.
- You will work collaboratively with local subcontractors and Honeywell operatives to resolve site issues.
- You will provide Level 1 technical support and serve as the first point of contact for all TAM sites.
- You will monitor Honeywell Forge Service Cases and resolve them within agreed timeframes.
- You will remotely deploy software and configure Honeywell Systems while adhering to strict change control protocols.
- You will manage small to medium project installations, including overseeing subcontractors.
- You will estimate materials costs and quantities, order parts, and ensure financial control within predetermined budgets.
- You will prioritize customer satisfaction through direct communication with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Contribute to the design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of OT, Connected Services, and Enterprise Software Applications.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair Security & BMS systems.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with local subcontractors and Honeywell operatives to resolve site issues and provide Level 1 technical support as the first point of contact for all TAM sites.
Project Management: Manage small to medium project installations, including overseeing subcontractors, estimating materials costs and quantities, ordering parts, and ensuring financial control within predetermined budgets.
Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction through direct communication with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
