E-commerce Coordinator Job Description

Job Title: E-Commerce Coordinator

The E-commerce Coordinator plays a vital role in managing our online stores, creating engaging content, and driving business objectives. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce, have excellent communication skills, and can work collaboratively with internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all content for online stores, including CMS pages, CLP pages, product pages, navigation, checkout upsell, and other promotional plans.
  • Develop and maintain HTML content to support promotional plans.
  • Ensure SEO-specific copywriting and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to execute brand campaigns across online and digital channels.
  • Design and manage online promotion strategies, including consumer promotions.
  • Develop and maintain reporting to drive conversion rates, sales, and data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar E-commerce or Content role.
  • Experience utilizing CMS systems, preferably Magento 2.
  • Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, comfortable with V look-ups and pivot tables.
