Job Title: Head Squad Coach

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a competitive swimming program and drive athlete development.


About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate coach to design and implement training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including community sporting bodies, parents, and coaches.
  • Develop coaching programs that provide high-quality customer service and enhance program success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in competitive squad environments, be willing to grow and develop as a coach, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement competitive squad training programs.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and promote the program's growth.
  • Deliver coaching programs that meet business objectives and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in competitive squad coaching.
  • Current ASCTA Silver Licence or equivalent.
  • Good standing with Swimming NSW/Swimming Australia.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • First Aid and CPR.
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
