As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our professional staff and act as a liaison between them and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the professional staff
- Act as a liaison between professional staff and clients and the broader team
- Enable and support the delivery of high-level client service and business outcomes
- Involvement with regulatory services and liaison in relation to clients
- Oversee corporate matters, ASIC & Corporate Sec
This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in client services and/or personal assistant experience. You will be working closely with our senior members to deliver exceptional client service and drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record of providing exceptional client service and administrative support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
