Integration Specialist

Milestone is partnering with a leading Australian retail giant to find a skilled Integration Specialist for a significant ServiceNow integration project.

This role focuses on integrating ServiceNow with existing business systems to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Process Optimization: Analyse current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using ServiceNow integration capabilities.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow, advising on best practices and module functionality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Validation: Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and validating the solution against business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in integration projects, with a strong focus on ServiceNow integration. A solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) and demonstrated experience working within a large-scale, complex business environment, preferably in retail, are also essential.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, are required for this role. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly regarded.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
