ServiceNow Integration Specialist

Milestone Search is partnering with a leading Australian retail giant to find a skilled professional for a significant ServiceNow integration project.

The Project Overview

You'll be the crucial link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of a project that will impact the entire organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyse current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using ServiceNow integration capabilities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow, advising on best practices and module functionality.
  • Work closely with technical teams, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and validating the solution against business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on ServiceNow integration projects.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
  • Demonstrated experience working within a large-scale, complex business environment, preferably in retail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly regarded.

This is an initial 6-12 month contract based in Melbourne.
