We are seeking compassionate and motivated nursing professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a dynamic tertiary healthcare environment.

As a skilled clinician, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care in a fast-paced Operating Theatre environment.

  • Provide comprehensive and evidence-based nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Practice independently and as part of a team, demonstrating accountability for your own practice and delegation to Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing.
  • Support and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical standards, and safety frameworks within the Operating Theatre.
  • Act as a role model and, where required, provide leadership, mentorship, and education to colleagues and students.
What You Bring

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and a recognised nursing qualification.
  • Experience in Operating Theatre (instrument and circulating roles) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, with strong critical thinking and time-management skills.
