About this role:

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take on a leadership role and oversee the delivery of domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of tradespeople to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
  • Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service and ensure their needs are met.
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules, including forecasting revenue and project completion dates.
  • Manage budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in construction supervision and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work autonomously across multiple sites.

Requirements
  • Supervisors License (highly desirable)
  • White card, Drivers License, WWC and Induction Card required
  • First Aid Certificate and Certificate IV in Construction (highly desirable)
Professional Skills
  • 3+ years experience in construction/building supervision
  • Clear knowledge of NCC and Waterproofing AS3740
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits and WHS requirements
Attributes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programs
