The Opportunity

With over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects up to $40 million, Sagle Constructions has built a name for excellence across South Australia, and recently expanded into the Melbourne market. Their Adelaide team is growing, and they're looking for an experienced Site Manager to help lead the next wave of work across the state.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will lead the on-site delivery of commercial and industrial projects ranging from $1M–$40M. That means coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and quality standards, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring every build is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

You bring proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial or industrial projects, ideally between $5M–$30M. You are organised, solutions-focused, and lead from the front, building strong site teams and driving successful outcomes.
