Support Coordinator Job Summary

  • Program Promotion: Promote programs that encourage participation in leisure, sport, and recreational activities.
  • Partnership Development: Establish links with the NDIS, TLC programs, and other provider services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to understand clients and engage with the community.
  • Experience and Best Practice: Experience applying best practice within the organization.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Ability to work with complex and potentially at-risk clients.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Strong collaboration skills with NDIS and related services.
