Financial Operations Associate

The Night Auditor plays a pivotal role in maintaining the hotel's financial accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough audits of daily transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of hotel financials and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate closely with front office staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to guest accounts, payments, or room assignments.
- Effectively manage Opera Cloud software to optimize data management, enhance check-in/check-out processes, and provide seamless guest service.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues across departments to foster an environment of open communication and mutual support.
Requirements for Success:
- Prior experience as a Night Auditor or similar financial operations role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate complex financial situations.
- Ability to multitask effectively, work independently, and maintain high levels of productivity during peak periods.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (preferably OperaCloud) and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
