Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple projects from inception to handover, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, administration, and installation teams.
  3. Ensure engineering standards are met through design, development, programming, onsite commissioning, and witness testing.
  4. Integrate Building Management Systems (BMS) using Lonworks, BACnet, or Modbus protocols.
  5. Design and implement BMS controls, including Description of Operations, control drawings, and graphics.
  6. Identify and implement energy-saving measures and operational efficiencies through building rating systems.
  7. Secure additional sales through variations and relationship building with key clients and stakeholders.
  8. Foster a positive team culture by embodying company values.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing, engineering, and commissioning Building Automation Systems (BAS)/BMS.
  2. Experience with Niagara open protocol systems.
  3. Minimum 2 years of BMS design experience.
  4. Proven experience with engineering software tools, including BACnet and LON.
  5. Disconnect/reconnect license.
  6. Current OH&S induction card (Construction/White Card).
  7. Valid driver's license and Australian citizenship/Permanent residency.
