BMS Project Lead Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Lead to join our team at New Venture Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers, project engineers, and commissioning engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and execution of departmental goals
  • Managing project budgets and profit and loss
  • Recruitment and staff training and development
  • Engineering application and rollout of innovative technologies
  • Troubleshooting and assisting project managers to deliver successful projects from inception to handover
  • Commercial and contracts management
  • Operations – implementing best practices and processes
  • Developing key client relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a BMS contractor
  • Ability to demonstrate successful project delivery and team management
  • Experience working on high-paced construction sites
  • Engineering experience from solutions design through to programming and commissioning
  • Passion for controls and new technologies
  • Experience with industry-leading software and hardware, including Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, JCI, Delta, Schneider, and Siemens
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
