Our client, a leading OEM in building automation and energy management solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team. With a national presence and a reputation for delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to the Australian market, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take their career to the next level.

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering profitable completion of mid to large scale BMS projects, which meet customer quality and delivery expectations. Key tasks will include:

  • Scope and Change Management (Variations, EOT's etc)
  • Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management
  • Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Risk Response Plans
  • Procurement Management, Financial Management, Claim Management
  • Maintaining strong relations with Clients and external contractors
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have BMS Project Management experience in Australia, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Experience working with upper tier contractors is highly desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, with excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
