Job Title: Coach Operator

We are seeking an experienced and professional coach operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a coach in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre-departure checks and report any mechanical issues.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to passenger needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of journeys, including times, distances, and fuel consumption.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of services.

Essential Attributes and Experience:

  • A heavy vehicle licence (MR Licence or above).
  • A current NSW Bus Drivers Authority.
  • A Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local area.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including split shifts.
