  • Create and refine growth strategies across marketing, team, systems, and operations

  • Understand financials — from cash flow to profitability levers
  • Track client progress, shift gears when needed, and celebrate wins along the way
Who You Are
  • An experienced business coach or strategic operator (bonus if you've worked with trades, construction, or service businesses)
  • Sharp, honest, and deeply invested in helping clients succeed
  • Confident in developing growth strategies — and holding people accountable to them
  • Comfortable talking financials and business performance
  • A great communicator who can lead both individuals and groups
