Little Kickers provide fun and imagination based soccer and tag-rugby classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years of age for children across the Central Coast.

Currently in the 13th year of operation, we run approximately 38 classes per week. Our imagination based ethos is used to teach children the fundamental skills of the sports, whilst also improving their listening skills, colour recognition, social-interaction and sense of well-being, along with number work and camaraderie.

We are looking for coaches who are reliable, organised, confident and great at interacting with young children and getting down to their level.You will need to have excellent communication skills and be physically fit for the role.

Coaches will also need a full driving licence and car and be able to travel to venues across the Coast. No previous high-level playing experience is required, however a basic understanding of the sports is required and ability to perform basic skills essential.

Previous childcare and working with children experience will be an advantage, but full in-house training will be provided. Those studying teaching or early childhood studies are encouraged to apply.

Working hours will range between 4-15 hours per week, on a casual basis. However, we strive to offer and keep coaches in the same classes every week and will be looking for coaches to commit to set hours on an ongoing basis. Running alongside our face to face sessions, we have also developed an online session delivery platform which carries the opportunity for more working hours. Weekend availability is a must.

Pay is at an hourly rate, above award.
