Home Care Physiotherapist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Home Care team in Bunbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to work with a variety of clients, including those with Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS
- Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan
- Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community
- Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication
- Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Registration with AHPRA
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in working autonomously and a driven personality
