Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in delivering exceptional care to clients in their own homes. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Deliver physiotherapy services through home care packages/NDIS, working closely with clients and their families to achieve optimal health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care plans, prioritizing the needs of each individual client.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthy living strategies, empowering them to take control of their health and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with service providers to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Work autonomously, prioritizing tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing detailed patient reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in working independently and a driven personality
