Physiotherapy Opportunity in Western Australia

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist to deliver comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans for clients through home care packages/NDIS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients in their own homes.
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals to provide multidisciplinary care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Educate clients and their families on healthy living strategies and empower them to achieve optimal well-being within their community.
  • Establish effective communication channels with service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Work autonomously to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide timely patient reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with AHPRA as a qualified Physiotherapist.
  • Police Check Clearance for working with vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Strong time-management and attention-to-detail skills for prioritizing tasks and maintaining accuracy.
