About Our Retail Manager Position
Job OverviewWe are looking for a driven leader to oversee inventory levels and enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities- Foster a culture centered on staff development and generate enthusiasm around inventory control and stock movement.
- Develop team succession plans and conduct regular training to encourage continuous improvement.

- Work with store leaders to understand customer needs during key store events and peak periods to maximize revenue.
