Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing seamless check-in services to passengers.
  • You will be the face of our brand, representing our values and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will have a caring approach to dealing with people, excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver check-in services to passengers on behalf of airlines and their customers
  • Welcome passengers at the terminal counter and provide information about airport security protocols and luggage allowances
  • Compare information on tickets with passenger data to ensure accuracy and issue boarding passes
  • Direct passengers to the correct gate for their flight and represent the airline to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure safe and secure operation of all equipment and perform Boarding Gate duties as required by clients
  • Complete Passenger Marshalling duties, assist wheelchair passengers, and complete relevant documentation

Requirements:

  • A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or ability to obtain one
  • Experience with the aviation industry is desirable, but not essential
  • Valid driver's license and manual handling procedures skills are also required
