This is an ideal time to manage end-to-end ticketing operations for allocated matches. The role offers a unique chance to establish strong relationships with stakeholders, drive service standards, and maximise revenue.
About the Role
We're seeking someone who can provide exceptional customer service, prioritise tasks, and work collaboratively. This role is perfect for individuals who are highly organised, enjoy working in a team environment, and take pride in delivering results.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service standards are delivered at all times.
- Deliver ticket operations including venue and ticket agent liaison for event builds and ticketing services, and management of event builds.
- Maximise revenue through ongoing inventory management, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Sales and attendance reporting at pre-match, at match and post-match stages.
- Provide general support for sales activities including ticket fulfilment for partners and internal departments, premium experience and ticket enquiries.
