This role at Talent Web is perfect for those with experience in business lending and financial services. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Application Management: Collaborate with sales teams to review and prepare credit applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Servicing Client Needs: Manage client requirements for credit applications, sourcing financial statements and verifying client data.
  • Transaction Oversight: Oversee approved transactions, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle all documentation for smooth settlement processes.
  • Post-Settlement Follow-up: Ensure all conditions are met post-settlement, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
  • Pipeline Management: Track expected settlements, communicate with clients, and manage rollovers to maintain efficient workflows.

About You:

  • Proven loan processing/lending experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with financial statements, AML/KYC requirements, and CRM systems
  • Experience working with various business lending products (asset, property, goodwill, escrows, and overdrafts)
