Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator Role Summary:

This is a key position that ensures the smooth operation of warehouse and distribution functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring personnel are trained and competent, and providing transportation for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs related to stocktakes and maintenance on equipment.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Possess a forklift ticket or be willing to obtain one.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of workshop depot functions and inventory management systems.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume demands.
  • Possess intermediate skills in MS Office.
  • Meet Australian work rights requirements.
  • Pass pre-employment medicals and ongoing drug and alcohol screenings.
  • Reside in Kalgoorlie.
