We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead our medical device organisation's procurement processes.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate material requirement plans utilising MRP outputs for efficient inventory management.
- Co-ordinate purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and open communication with suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, track ETAs and expedite shipments as required.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including logistics, quality, and documentation issues.
- Generate reports on supply chain performance, including stock levels, inventory forecasts, and safety stock analysis.
- Maintain ERP master data accuracy for all inventory items.
- Represent the supply chain function in operational meetings, promoting effective communication and follow-up action.
- Proven experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
- Demonstrated expertise in materials planning and inventory management.
- Able to implement process improvements and drive change.
- Strong supplier management and logistics skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
