We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Claims Service Officer to join our team at RAA Insurance. As a Claims Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support and service in the delivery of a fantastic member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent member service and support.
  • Interpret policy wording and conditions to determine the validity of claims.
  • Process claims to achieve successful claim outcomes for RAA and our members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government legislation and company policies.
  • Meet set KPIs and quality targets consistently.
Requirements
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem-solve and make decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to show empathy to customers who have suffered loss.
