Job Title:

Project Manager

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Assume ownership of project activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Project Management or Coordination
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to generate and interpret reports
  • Background in IT Engineering or Infrastructure Support
  • Familiarity with ITIL and/or PRINCE2 methodologies

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can take charge of multiple projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Project Execution:
  • Lead project activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and project scope
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Communication:
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and clients
  • Maintain open communication channels with team members and stakeholders
