Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this challenging role. As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assigning tasks to team members
  • Taking payments from customers via phone calls
  • Improving the efficiency of day-to-day operations
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our Removals team
  • Confirming appointments with clients prior to their scheduled date
  • Providing customers with updates on Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on the day of the move
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and liaising with them throughout the moving process
  • Developing and improving administration processes
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required
  • Obtaining feedback and reviews from customers after the relocation is completed
  • Managing job sheets and ensuring they are filled out correctly by staff

The ideal candidate will possess industry experience, strong problem-solving skills, excellent judgment, and decision-making capabilities. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and have strong organizational skills.
