Control Assurance Specialist

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of controls across the business. It requires a deep understanding of risk management and compliance principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing risk and implementing effective controls in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for conducting regular assurance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to raise awareness of control effectiveness across the business.
- Work closely with risk professionals to assess and assure key controls are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular assurance reviews, sharing insights and learnings with relevant stakeholders through Archer.
- Oversee the implementation of recommended control remediation activities, supporting the business in addressing or mitigating identified risks.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound judgments. Additionally, you will need to have experience in risk management, compliance, and control articulation, as well as expertise in enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.
