The Assistant Centre Manager will guide and support educators and families, leading by example with a high-performing mindset. This dynamic role is located in the heart of a thriving community, working towards excellence in childcare services.
About the Role- Manage daily centre operations in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Create lasting relationships with the local community through effective marketing strategies.
- Mentor and support centres to meet or exceed National Quality Standards, driving continuous improvement.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in Centre Manager roles, demonstrating leadership skills.
- Current Working with Children's Check certification.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
