About the Centre:

Located in the heart of the Western Downs, Milestones Dalby is a welcoming Centre where children aged 0–5 are supported to grow, learn, and thrive at their own pace. Our passionate educators genuinely love what they do, which is reflected in the care and encouragement they give to every child.

With bright indoor learning spaces and a spacious outdoor playground, our centre nurtures curiosity and allows children’s imaginations to explore freely. We serve fresh, nutritious meals made onsite daily, keeping children well-fueled for play and discovery.

About the Role

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to increase occupancy.
- Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
- A current Working with Children’s Check.
- Experience in achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
