Job Role

We are seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a dynamic environment.

About the Job

This role involves supporting essential industries by helping trade customers get the materials they need to work effectively every day. You will be responsible for loading and accurately tracking delivery runs, maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, handling over the counter retail trade sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also be required to pick orders, warehouse, and stock control activities. Embracing our company values, policies, and procedures is essential. Being a supportive team member is crucial in this role.

Requirements
  • No industry experience is required, but customer service experience is essential.
  • Confidence, initiative, and enthusiasm are must-haves for this role.
  • A clean full driver's license and some general computer skills are required.
  • You will be a team player with exceptional safety awareness.
