About the Role

As a skilled Trade Counter Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering expert advice and information about products
  • Generating accurate quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Maintaining stock levels and performing pick/pack activities
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
