About Us

We strive to set the global standard for premium cinema, leaving a lasting impression with every interaction. Our cinemas operate 7 days a week, requiring flexibility with shifts during evenings, weekends, school, and public holidays as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Adhere to established standard operating procedures at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
  • Prepare food and beverages for sale, following quality and presentation guidelines.
  • Restock merchandise according to merchandising planograms.
  • Conduct ticket checks, including online check-in procedures, while providing excellent customer assistance.
  • Demonstrate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Competent in basic mathematics and English skills.
  • Prior experience in roles within entertainment, retail, or hospitality is highly desirable.
