This is an exciting opportunity to be part of wow-factor moments as a customer-focused cinema presentation assistant. Your role will be to support the seamless operation of our three cinema complexes with a strong emphasis on assisting customers and ensuring a great cinema experience.

  1. Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Support the smooth operation of our cinema complexes.

We're looking for someone who can perform all tasks with a focus on customer satisfaction and cinematic excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our three locations.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive cinema-going experience.
  • Supporting the preparation and presentation of cinema sessions.
  • Assisting with box office operations and ticket sales.
