We are a market-leading experience creators who bring to life some of the best-known entertainment brands and properties. Our portfolio includes over 140 cinema experiences and award-winning restaurants and bars.

At our cinema, we set the global standard for premium cinematic experiences with a world of entertainment under one roof. We aim to leave a memorable mark with every interaction and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

The Customer Service Role
  • Become part of our cinema team at three locations - Cairns Central, Earlville and Smithfield.
  • Support the seamless operation of our cinema by performing tasks with customer assistance as the priority.
  • Undertake induction and training to perform work within this level's scope.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all duties according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema.
  • Ensure correct product presentation and stock replenishment according to merchandising planogram.
  • Conduct ticket checks and provide assistance to customers while maintaining their comfort.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Knowledge of appropriate communication skills, including two-way radios.
  • Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Attend and complete mandatory training sessions as designated.
  • Adhere to fire and emergency procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in roles within entertainment or hospitality is desired.
  • Competent in basic Maths and English.
  • Training is provided, but previous experience is beneficial.
