Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a well-established food and beverage company in the Grocery channel. As a Casual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in enhancing store presence for our products through effective negotiation, selling, and display building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and sell our products to optimize store presence based on a weekly work plan.
  • Build displays and maintain visual merchandising standards in stores.
  • Work closely with Store Managers to build strong relationships and ensure successful product placement.

Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work between Wednesday and Friday with additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods such as Back to School and Winter. You will work approximately 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period mid-December to early January.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current, valid driver's license.
  • A safe and reliable motor vehicle.
  • Physical ability to lift stock for building displays and utilize creative point-of-sale materials.
  • Proficiency using a mobile device to collect data and photograph displays.
  • Ability to live within the designated area.
  • Capacity to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
