The Opportunity
The TAFE Services Coordinator is a key role in our organization, responsible for coordinating and facilitating services to our clients. This includes working with corporate partners to ensure excellence in service experience, optimizing community engagement.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and engaged individual with a high level of customer service skills and a can-do attitude. You will have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and building a good rapport with colleagues and community. You will also have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as sound experience in Microsoft Office.
Essential Requirements
1. Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
2. Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements.
3. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to align with TAFE operating hours.
