About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a TAFE Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas to ensure excellence in service experience at the relevant learning location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple priorities such as accommodation requests, supporting campus emergency management, and working closely with various external stakeholders to set up events.
  • Support students in learning activities from enrolment through to course completion.
  • Build good rapport with colleagues and community, and have excellent communication and influencing skills.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience in relevant customer services environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements.
