About the Role

The TAFE Services Coordinator is a key position within the Regional Business Group, responsible for coordinating and facilitating on-site services. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with Corporate partners to ensure excellence in service experience at the relevant learning location.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and engaged individual who can demonstrate experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders. You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, be technologically savvy with sound experience in Microsoft Office, and be able to work independently as a self-starter and results-driven team member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate on-site services
  • Work collaboratively with Corporate partners to ensure excellence in service experience
  • Establish relationships and network with various stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service skills

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to align with TAFE operating hours
