Job Overview

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the service delivery in In Room Dining, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to provide seamless service, ensuring that every guest's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to ensure optimum service and meet guest needs
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
  • Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock requisition necessary supplies
  • Monitor equipment, service, safety, and well-being; complete work orders for maintenance repairs
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees

  • Possession of New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Experience in a similar role
