Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In Room Dining Supervisor to join our team. As a natural leader, you will be responsible for communicating service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing and presenting checks to group contacts for payment, ensuring banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
