Data Center BIM Systems Administrator

This role involves the administration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems and technology solutions to support the design, construction, and operation of data center facilities.
The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing, managing, and adopting new BIM technologies and systems. This includes designing, developing, deploying, testing, and maintaining BIM solutions using technology.
Key responsibilities include administering BIM Common Data Environments and other technology solutions, producing comprehensive documentation for BIM systems, educating and supporting primary design technology applications, and contributing to technical solutions using BIM APIs and SDKs.
Additionally, the System Administrator will be responsible for performing BIM data quality control and analysis, providing technical support to project teams, and establishing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows across regions.
Qualifications include 3+ years of professional experience administering and implementing BIM programs and systems, 3+ years of working with Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and 2+ years of using BIM APIs and SDKs.
