Data Center BIM Specialist

This comprehensive role focuses on implementing, managing and adopting BIM technologies to support the design, construction and operation of data centers.
Main Responsibilities- Administering BIM systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Overseeing the implementation of process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience with BIM Common Data Environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining BIM solutions using relevant technologies.
- Ability to create comprehensive BIM systems documentation.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in BIM API and SDKs like Revit and Autodesk Platform Services.
- Coordinate information management, metadata and classification codes with asset databases.
- Perform BIM data QA/QC and analysis.
- Provide BIM technical support to project teams.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, processes and workflows regionally.
- Train internal and external teams in BIM software, procedures and best practices.
