Your normal day will involve managing a portfolio of around 165 properties with full support for leasing, accounting, and administration.

  • Conducting regular inspections, Entry Condition Reports, and overseeing vacate processes.

You will be the primary contact for property owners, ensuring effective communication and updates. In addition, you will ensure compliance with Queensland property laws and maintain high standards for property care.
