Job Overview

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing the shipping and distribution of parts throughout the country to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of associates in shipping and distribution, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Manage order fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform supervisory duties, including conducting performance reviews and issuing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the inventory control team to develop and implement procedures that meet organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain and refine processes to meet customer requirements, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of job-related experience, with a strong track record of leadership and supervision.
  • At least 1 year of experience in team lead or supervisory roles, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving their goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree or higher.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 6 years of previous leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume, multi-shift, order fulfillment distribution centers, with a proven ability to drive results and improve processes.
  • Experience using Quantum Controls, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
