We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the execution of local logistics services. This role focuses on optimising service and cost throughout the value chain, with a strong customer focus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the storage of goods, coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems, liaising with customers and suppliers, and evaluating external customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the storage of goods (e.g. General stock control, physical inventory)
- Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to optimise customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency
- Evaluate external customer satisfaction and define improvement activities based on results

Requirements:
To be successful as a Logistics Operations Manager, you should have:
